Indian Nations At Risk document?

To whom it may concern:

I am looking for reviews of the Indian Nations At Risk (1992) or
Listening to the People document. So far, all I have found are the actual
documents but I would like to know if there has been any discussion since
its dissemination to me general public. I have the 1994 article from the
Journal of American Indian Education but I'd like to know if other papers
have been written about it. Is the commission that put this document
together still around? Who would be the contact people? I'd appreciate
any information or names of people who can help me out. Thanks, Glenabah
