I am asking for help with an Office of Civil Rights, Department of
Education investigation into schools in North Dakota and South Dakota.
An investigative officer is building evidence against schools which have
engaged in unequal treatment in discipline and incidences of racial
harassment. If you have experiences or can provide any information it
