Translation of "bon appetit"

For a book on the cuisines of the many ethnic groups in the U.S.,
the author (a friend who doesn't have Internet access) would like
to know how to say "bon appetit" in as many Native American
languages as possible. Recipes from a large number of Native
nations will, I'm told, be included.
