INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS NETWORK SURVEY ABOUT CHIAPAS
" MEXICO "
We would like you to help us in the development of our research
project because we really care about your points of view about the
events that have taken place in the southern part of our country, in
Chiapas to be exact. There has been an armed social movement where
peasants asked for equality, and respect for everyone. This movement was
repressed by the government.
We would really apreciate it if you could answer the following
questionaire.
1.- What do you know about what's been going on in Chiapas?
2.- If you have heard about this movement, are you for or against it and
why?
3.- What do people in your country think about this problem?
4.- What do you and people in your country think about the government of
Mexico?
5.- Do you think Carlos Salinas de Gortari, our president, is a person
people can trust?
6.- How do you think this problem could be solved?
7.- What do you think will happen if it is not solved?
