CELIAC project (Oaxaca, Mexico) now on the net!

the celiac project in oaxaca now has its own phone lines
and they've subscribed to a commercial e-mail service
that will give them access to the internet. (celiac is
the centro editorial de literatura indigena, a.c. ... a not-
for-profit corporation that publishes books in native
mexican languages). they have the computers and modems, so
all the hardware and software is in place. we expect them to be
active within a month.
