I just got a letter (three or four days ago) from Ruth Holmes stating
that the tapes are still available through her (Same address and phone
number as in the book - which I'll repeat below).
She sells two type of sets: _Regular_, in standard cassette boxes for
storage with other cassettes; and _Deluxe_, in an album suitable for storage
with books on a bookshelf.
