The following article comes from the "aust.languages" conference on the
Pegasus BBS system in New South Wales, Australia. It was copied to an
APC conference (Pegasus is a member of the "Association for Progressive
Communications, which has member sites around the world) on indigenous
people's rights in Australia, where I obtained it. I am currently making
efforts to get access to the "aust.languages" conference directly, to see
what additional information of interest to NAT-LANG subscribers it might
contain.
