NativeNet service resumption

I seem to have found a way around the problem I reported recently that
was preventing me from receiving mail. My UUCP link with my net-neighbor
site has been restored via an alternate pathway, which I now need to work
on "shoring up" a bit. In any event, I will clear out the backlog of
articles. You can resume sending new articles to the lists using the
normal posting addresses:

NATIVE-L native-l@gnosys.svle.ma.us
NATCHAT natchat@gnosys.svle.ma.us
NAT-EDU nat-edu@gnosys.svle.ma.us
NAT-HLTH nat-hlth@gnosys.svle.ma.us
NAT-LANG nat-lang@gnosys.svle.ma.us
NAT-1492 nat-1492@gnosys.svle.ma.us

(You can also use "tamvm1.tamu.edu" in place of "gnosys.svle.ma.us" for any
of these addresses, but those addresses forward to the other ones, so it's
just as easy to use the indicated addresses in the first place. Please note,
though, that when you want to send administrative requests to the LISTSERV,
you need to use the address "listserv@tamvm1.tamu.edu" (or, for the NAT-EDU
list, "listserv@indycms.iupui.edu").)

I have not heard more on the condition of our new moderator, Jay Brummett,
but will let you know if I hear anything. I'll continue to handle moderation
until Jay feels well enough to take up his post.

Yours,

Gary
