Can anyone help me find the following information or the following individual

I am trying to find an individual named DON PEROTT (sp?) of Peabody
Kansas. I am told that Mr. Perott has developed a set of tapes for those
who wish to learn Prairie Band Potawatomui language. If any one knows of
Mr. Perott, or of such tapes...ect. would you please shair it with me.
