We started some time ago a WWW-site for translators / interpreters,
which can be compared with a sort of free searcheable database of
people, who are working with language or translations. We would
like to announce this site later in various newsgroups and mailing
lists. That can help many of us to get in touch with the right person
without intermediates or to get an advice on some language-specific
problems.
There are not so many entries yet but it grows quick. If you are working
in this field, or if you are interested in giving consults - you can subscribe

submit your photo in GIF or JPEG format (5-10 Kb). It can present you
better. If you have your own home pages already installed - you can
mail your URL to the same address - it will simplify the procedure.
