Cherokee Syllabary

I am submitting a formal proposal to JTC1/SC2/WG2 on encoding the
Cherokee Syllabary in ISO10646. The proposal will be finished this
week; I am sending it to some of the contacts I have in Tahlequah
for public review. Comment from other experts in the Cherokee
syllabary is invited. If you are interested in reviewing the proposal,
please e-mail me privately.

I would especially like to send a copy of the proposal to members
of the Keetowah or Eastern bands.
