Numbers of fluent speakers for various languages?

As part of a project on standardizing the handling of syllabic scripts for
new technologies, (ISO10646), we need to make sure living native languages
in Canada have an accepted "ISO 639 -2 standard two letter code.

To double check I would like to know if the following languages are still in
active use and the number of speakers were applicable. Input in this matter
would be much appreciated.

The languages I need info on are;

Athabascan - Nahane / Tahltan
Ahtena
Yellowknife

Salish - Nanaimo
