Arikara Language Sources

I would like to find if there are any sources available concerning the
language used by the Arikara. I have been told that the language is close
to that of the Pawnee. I briefly checked government publications but found
nothing specifically relating to the language of the Arikara. I was also
told that the community college at Ft. Berthold had a sometime in the past
offered courses on the Arikara and their language.

Any help would be appreciated. One of my great grandmothers (7th or 8th
great) is listed in the parish records of Cahokia as being an Arikara and
was given the name Mary-Anne Padoka. She married in the 1740's to my
French-Canadian fur trading great great.....grandfather.
