Interest here from Minnesota as well...we'll be hosting a regional
conference in February on the teaching of native languages and one topic of
discussion will be certification and continuing educ for teachers of same.

Lakehead Univ in Thunder Bay, Ont. has one such program, although I'm not
clear on the status of their diploma and certification with respect to
provincial teacher licensing requirements.
