Indigenous people using Electronic Mail...

Hi...
I would like to find what original (aboriginal, native, indigenous
peoples) are using electronic mail.
I am inquiring on behalf of the Plains Indians Cultural Survival School,
an elementry to highschool program which emphasises Native Culture, aswell
teaching the school curiculum of the Alberta Provincal Government..
If you are aware of indigenous peoples or organizations which are
utilizing electronic mail, please let me know so that I can relay the
information to the school..
Ideally several highschool students and educators will be given access
to electronic mail in the comming months, and would like to communicate
with other groups who are doing so..
Also if there are organizations that are dealing with native peoples
issues, I would appreciate hearing from them aswell..
