Dear Editor,
Greetings,
I plan a gathering of the people of all nations to meet at
the Custer Battlefield on June 25, 1992. I invite all those who
wish to know the truth of what happened on that day in 1876 to be
there.
The Grandfathers have seen fit to return most all my memory
of those days. I will prove my words on that day. I will walk the
battlefield step by step as I walked it the day of the fight. I
will also reveal the resting place of our dead of that day unless I
receive a request from our Nation's Pipe Keeper, Stan Looking Horse
in Greengrass, not to.
At this time I request anyone knowing the address of Stan
Looking Horse send it to me as soon as possible that I may contact
him on these matters.
The old people may understand this: On my right cheek from
the corner of my eye to my jaw was a red and black stripe. Around
my left eye from my forehead to my cheek was a red zig zag line
forked at both ends.
