There is a PBS Bill Moyer's special profiling Oren Lyons, one of the prominant
Native American leaders in the international environmental movement- As Faith
Keeper ofthe Turtle Clan of the Onondaga nation, Lyons is an activist, scholar
and philosopher. Lyons talks about the past and future of Native American
populations and shares stories, legends and prophecies of his people. He is
director of the Native American Studies program at the State University of
New York at Buffalo- Here in Buffalo NY, it will be shown on Wednesday July 3
at 9 PM
