I am a new subscriber to this list looking for some informations. There
are rumours in our press that one of the larger Native American nations
may have followed the Slovenian/Croatian example declaring sovereignty
from the United States. Does anyone have details?

[ I strongly suspect that Andreas is referring to the story I relayed
earlier today under the title "Lakota to Declare Independence from the U.S.":
