Agenda Item One:
That the unextinquished sovereignty of Australia's First
People be recognised.
That the laws of Anglo-Australia be subject to a process of
ratification by the First People of Australia and that all
proceedings be conducted in the language of the Old People.
That the process of representation of the First People be
one that is culturally appropriate as determined by those
people.
That funds be immediately made available for First People
to stabilise their lives and to enter into the dialogue
process with the Anglo-Australian people.
That traditional Aboriginal ownership for the land and
grounds of the former Parliament House in Canberra be
acknowledged, and the building leased back for meeting
purposes.
Agenda Item Two:
That the laws of Anglo-Australia's Federal, State and
Territory governments be subject to ratification by local
and regional assemblies of the people prior to assent.
That all proceedings be conducted in the everyday language
of people and translated into any minority languages.
That Esperanto be the official language for all documents.
That the former Parliament House in Canberra become a place
for debate for delegates from local and regional assemblies,
in partnership with the First People.
Agenda Item Three:
That the emphasis on the global relationships of life be
restored to its place over the recent and artificial
division of human life into 'nations'.
That a fundamental respect for all life and habitat be
incorporated into the core of the Constitution.
Agenda Item Four:
That all taxes collected from the people shall be spent as
directed by the local and regional assemblies.
