* N O T I C E *

The hearing on Leonard Peltier's Writ of Habeus Corpus which was to start on
July 29th HAS BEEN POSTPONED. The Defense Committee in Lawrence got word
just as they were about to leave to set up the temporary office in Fargo,
N. Dakota. I got the call from them this morning.

We don't yet know the whys or when it will be rescheduled.
