Dear Editor,
Greetings! Please find enclosed some info on the ever
present conspiracy of Washington, Oregon State fish & game and the
Columbia River Inter-Tribal Fish Comm. who formally accomplished
"Salmon Scam," under the direction of The National Marine
Fisheries, so once again we are "targeted" upon, three Sohappy
boats are confiscated. We are being denied our subsistence fishery
as we have for untold centuries. The article here is a cover story
by Greg Tuttle, Phone # 509-837-6111, the local paper, who is
covering any breaking new news, also Paul Koberstein of the
Oregonian, Portland, Oregon 1-800-452-1420 ext. 8195 or 503-221-
8188 ext. 8195. The same mentioned above government agencies are
responsible for this new "sting operation" with "Jeff Sohappy" the
lead defendant, and fabricated assault charges. Please refer to Greg
