Resistance 500! is the San Francisco Bay Area regional planning alliance
that has grown in response to the Declaration in Quito, linking a network
of organizations under the auspices of the South and Meso-American Indian
Information Center (SAIIC), in Oakland, Ca. tel 834-4263, Nilo Cayuqueo,
