PARTICULARLY FROM POPULAR AND INDIGENOUS PERSPECTIVE IN
LATIN AMERICA

Dear Friends,
We would like to ask your collaboration in looking for written
material on the Quincentennary: 500 years of popular and indigenous
resistance in the Americas to the Spanish conquest, and its
implication for the struggles of Native American and African-
American peoples today on the continent.
We would like to ask you to send us any material you might
have written or which you might recommend, as we hope to publish
the next issue of our quarterly magazine CHALLENGE on the 500
years.
Since its creation in 1968, the Ecumenical Program on Central
America and the Caribbean (EPICA) has worked in favor of the people
of Central America and the Caribbean in their desire for justice
and self-determination.
We hope to hear from you. You may write us at the above
address, or call us at (202) 332-0292. Please let us know soon if
you can help us. Thank you for your support, we wish you well in
you own work and commitment to a justice.
