WISE is World Information Service on Energy, Amsterdam based
progressive newsletter devoted largely to nuclear issues. Excellent
publication with satellite offices in Paris, other European countries.
I have emailed Wise Paris and gn:wise-paris or gn:wiseparis, something
like that.
