Speaking of Hawaii and Native American Contacts .... My husband won an
award for being an overworked computer engineer and we are being sent to
Hawaii for a week. While he has meetings 3 hrs/day I would like to meet
people in the native community -- tribal affiliation doesn't matter since
I don't really expect to find a lot a American Indians there, but of
course I'd be thrilled to find some Ojibways or others who are originally
from over here in Northern California .... but ANY tribe would be great.
I'm definetely not "into" being a typical "tourist in Hawaii"... Would
appreciate any suggestions -- expected visit time is Feb or March.

there.
