Hi there,

You might try looking into a volume which was edited by Joseph
Jorgensen...Native Americans and Energy Development II. ...
Published by the Anthropology Resource Center & Seventh
Generational Fund. 1984.

You might also direct questions to the staff at High Country News, a
wonderful publication which covers environmental, American Indian,
and governmental news for "people who care about the west". Their
address is: High Country News...Box 1090...Paonia, CO 81428.

I highly recommend this publication for anyone interested in keeping
up with what's going on out west. I have never been disappointed
with their coverage of the energy issues which are so specific to
that part of the country! The subscription rates are: $24. for
individuals & libraries, $34. per year for institutions.

Good luck!

Paula
