Several of the articles are also appropriate for college level students,
and provide an excellent springboard for other discussion. I used the
child's version of the landing of Columbus as the beginning of a discussion
with adult students, most of whom are parents. It proved to be a powerful
and effective catalyst, in that most of these students had the standard pap
in school, and reading this version in the voice of a child had some pretty
astounding effects.
