POSITION: CARPENTRY INSTRUCTOR
QUALIFICATIONS: Requires 6 years experience in Construction
Industry OR California Community College Teaching Credential.
Must be adept in "All Home Construction Details". Must be
motivated with good attitude and know how to deal with students
JOB DESCRIPTION: Teacher will instruct methods and techniques in
Home Construction from Laying the Foundation and Initial
Construction, Plumbing, Electrical, Framing, Roofing, Sheet Rock,
Interior and Exterior Finishing, Reading Blueprints and Schematic
drawings.
SALARY: $17 to $20 per hour, depending upon experience.
