I heard a native american interviewed on the Canadian Broadcasting
Association (CBC) As It Happens programme talking about this issue last
night. Very well stated and high time people started raising awareness of
the racial stereotypes and insensitivities that have crept into our
language and culture without us realizing it or thinking about it.
