PETITION TO THE UNITED NATIONS
" We, the people of the World,
hereby petition the United Nations to recognise the
legitimate and lawful sovereignty of the Indigenous
Peoples and Nations of the Land and Territories now
known as Australia.
We urge the United nations to force
the illegal, racist, colonial occuping power
now known as
the Commonwealth of Australia to:
(1)
Recognise the Prior and Continuing Legitimate
Sovereignty over, and ownership of,
the Land and Territories by
the Indigenous Peoples of the said
Land and Territories;
(2)
Force the Commonwealth of Australia
(the Colonial regime)
to treat as between equals, with the
Indigenous Peoples
of the said Land and Territories,
about the terms of
the future peaceful co-existence
between the Nations
and the Peoples."
