Robjects of myth and memoryS an exhibition of native american art
from the brooklyn museum, is at the oakland museum feb. 29 through
may 24. collected in the field between 1903 and 1911, the 230
objects in this collection illustrate the richness and diversity
of the native arts of the southwest, california, northwest coast
and plains. the oakland museum, st oak and 10th streets is open
10 -5 wed. through saturday and noon to 7 on sunday. the R and S
in the beginning are mistakes i could not take out. please excuse.
