Hello All, I am trying to locate information on the IBC (Inuit
Broadcasting Corporation) and I'm not sure where to look anymore.
I've tried examining the Canadian radio-television and telecommunication
commission (CRTC) but I've found very little.
Is there anyone who might be able to direct me to particular journals or
articles relating to any Northern Native broadcasting in North America.
