>P.S. I recently started reading Peter Mathiessen's *In the Spirit of Crazy
>Horse*; Mathiessen is a writer I very much admire generally and, so far, he
>seems to write about the Peltier case with the insight, wisdom, and painstaking
>research which I have come to expect from him.
In *In the Spirit of Crazy Horse*, Mathiessen tells about Robert Redford
visiting Peltier in prison. In a recent issue of *USA Today* Sunday
magazine, under "What's Next: trends, tips, teasers" there is a piece
headlined "Indians make a mark on the big screen". One film listed is
"Incident at Oglala" (March) A documentary about Leonard Peltier, convicted
in the 1975 killing of two FBI agents. Produced/narrated by Robert
Redford.
Has anyone seen or heard about this film?
