1: Is this parcel of land Autonomous (answering only to Parliament, but
still Canada) or is it Soveriegn (answering to it's inhabitants; i.e. no
longer Canada, but Inuitland)
2: What form of Government is to exists in this land?
3: What are the bounderies so I can color in my roadmap?
