I am currently needing assistance in dealing with resourcing
members of the Aboriginal Community (Australia) with developing
self-supporting enterprises. In particular I am helping Arts and
Crafts ventures in marketing, both locally and overseas;
promotion; and business planing.
In particular we are suffering the effects of grants given by
government departments which "lock you in" or "lock you out" with
increasingly arduous restrictions, preventing the development of
truly self-managed enterprises. If there is anyone who has
information on possible financial resources, or who can assist
us with seeking grants from philanthropic organisations, can you
