During the "From the Arctic to Amazonia" conference held at Smith College
in Northampton, Massachusetts, David Harrison, of Chickaloon, Alaska
described what sounds like a similar program that he claimed was being
practiced on the Native people of Alaska. In this case, it was hepatitis B,
though. David claimed that the Centers for Disease Control in Atlanta had
estimated that 60% of the vaccine was contaminated with the AIDS virus.
He further claimed that within two years (which now would be one year ago),
Alaska Natives would be quarantined by the military in facilities built in
the early 1970s.
