Hello,
I wonder if you mean the Iroquois Constitution, entitled
"THE GREAT BINDING LAW, GAYANASHAGOWA". If so, you can
get it from ftp.cs.wayne.edu in ~pub/Constitution.Z. Use
binary format to retrieve it. It also is available from
Cleveland Freenet and Youngstown Freenet, freenet-in-a.cwru.edu
or yfn.ysu.edu respectively.

Regards,
Jon Brewster

[ I've just added this document, in two parts, to the NATIVE-L "filelist"
at the site "TAMVM1" at Texas A & M University, where the main NativeNet
archive is maintained. To retrieve it, send the following two lines in
a message addressed to LISTSERV@TAMVM1.TAMU.EDU or LISTSERV@TAMVM1.BITNET:

get iroquois cnst1of2 native-l
get iroquois cnst2of2 native-l

Please let me know if you have any trouble accessing the files. As for
the two Freenet sites mentioned by Jon, they apparently do *not* accept
anonymous FTP requests, so I'm not sure how documents can be obtained
from those sites, except perhaps by having an account on them. Can any-
one enlighten us about their access policies?
