I have just added to the NATIVE-L filelist archive the text of a paper
written by Steven C. Perkins entitled "The Word Passed Down, 1492-1992:
The Developing Law of Human Rights of Indigenous Peoples." Thanks to
Patt Bromberger (patt@tram.com) for bringing to my attention an article
announcing the availability of this document from the Washington and Lee
server, where I obtained it, courtesy of James Milles (millesjg@sluvca.
slu.edu).

In order to retrieve this document, which is stored in two parts, due to
its size (each part is just under 60K bytes), please send the following
two lines in a message to the address LISTSERV@TAMVM1 (from Bitnet) or
to LISTSERV@TAMVM1.TAMU.EDU or LISTSERV@TAMVM1.BITNET (from Internet):

get lawpaper iprt1of2 native-L
get lawpaper iprt2of2 native-L

(I have capitalized the "L" here just to emphasize that it is not a "1"
which is a common mistake. You can use "native-l" however. Also, the
LISTSERV address can be entered in lowercase, but people sometimes make
a similar mistake in the address of TAMVM1 and use "TAMVML" instead.)

To get a list of documents stored in the NATIVE-L archive, send a message
containing:
index native-l

Please let me know if you have any problems or questions.

Gary
