I recall a year or so ago, South Dakota purportedly replaced the "C" day
with a new day called "Day of Reconciliation" (or something like that).. Is
this correct? is it continuing or was that just a one-shot deal? does
anyone know of any movement to do something similar or better on a national
scale? Thanks for answers!
