The following bulletin was delayed due to an addressing error and the
fact of my being away when a correctly-addressed copy arrived.

Please note, the correct address for most postings to the NATIVE-L
list is:

nn.general@gnosys.svle.ma.us

(Do not send articles to "NativeNet" or to me personally.) The
exception is that articles with primarily Canadian content should
be sent to:

nn.nativecan@gnosys.svle.ma.us

All such articles will be distributed via NATIVE-L, subject to
the moderator's approval, but "nn.nativecan" articles will be
routed to a different electronic conference on the IGC/APC confer-
ence systems.

Gary

Sorry Gary I sent the message to the wrong address in the first attempt.

Hi Gary, Just a brief note to ask you to send a note through the Native
Network that ASU American Indian students are protesting the Columbus Day
Parade on October 10th. They plan to stop the Parade when it proceeds
through downtown Phoenix and have a prayer offering on behalf of all living
American Indians who have survived since the European arrived on our
shores. There are other activities planned throughtout the week. Students
will get an opportunity to voice their perspective about Columbus's lost
voyage, and the catastrophy that followed. Thank you for getting the
information out.
