readings on property rights?

I am doing a research paper on the property rights of indigenous people in the
Amazon region. I am familiar with the legal provisions contained in the Union
constitution and the Indian Statute Law of Brazil up until 1988. I would like
to update my information concerning this matter, and would like to know if any
significant changes have been made in Brazilian Indian law in the past four
years. Any other information regarding literary and human resources pertaining
to my topic of study would be appreciated.
