NativeNet relay status

At the present moment, the disk problems which have been plaguing the
NativeNet relay system ("gnosys") seem well enough under control that
I can risk operating the system until the weekend of 12-13 December,
when I expect to take it down for installation of a new disk, which,
if all goes well, will operate in tandem with the existing disk. (I'm
hoping that a low-level format will restore the present disk drive to
a solid operational status. It has been in continuous service for just
over five years - and so I expect it to fail completely at some point.)
So, at the possible risk of being proven unwise, I invite NativeNet
NATIVE-L list members to resume postings (as always, please use the
address "nn.general@gnosys.svle.ma.us" for most articles - and "nn.
nativecan@gnosys.svle.ma.us" for those pertaining to issues in Canada.
