There may be other books on this topic, but the one I am familiar with
is by Susan Guyette and Charlotte Heth. It was published by the American
Indian Studies Center, 3220 Campbell Hall, University of California,
405 Hilgard Avenue, Los Angeles, CA 90024. The title of the book is
<Issues for the Future of American Indian Studies. It contains a
directory of American Indian Programs. It generally gives a description
of the program, faculty (am sure some have changed since 1985), courses,
and type of degree programs.
