You might try the Community Fellows Program at Massachusetts Institute of
Technology, Room 7-341, Cambridge, MA 02139. The coordinator is Betty
Radwanski and the founder is Mel King. Their focus is mainly on youth
health, and youth concerns at the local government and commuity level. They
have a one year program in community development, and I know they funded
someone from the southwest who wanted to design a program on FAS. Good luck.
