One of the pleasures of being the creator and maintainer of NativeNet
is that I get a fair amount of snail-mail by virtue of having gotten
onto some paper-based mailing lists. Sadly, I lack the time and energy
to do much with the bulk of what I receive. (Ah, for a scanner!) But
sometimes I try to at least pass on a few facts about announcements I
receive, which is what I'll do in this case. If anyone out there has
more time and energy and interest in such things than I do (or perhaps
has a scanner), and would be willing to take the responsibility for
getting such things out to the net, please get in touch with me.

Anyway...

The "Second Annual Grand Celebration" will be held 24-27 June 1993 in
Hinckley, Minnesota, sponsored by Mille Lacs Band of Ojibwe and Grand
Casinos, Inc. Prizes (totalling more than $60,000) will be awarded in
a variety of categories.
