We just had a couple facilitators here from the Council of
Energy Resource Tribes to do a strategic planning workshop for
the campus Indian community through a method they call the
"Technology of Participation."
It was a great approach that helps with things like planning,
team building, decision making, problem solving, leadership
development, and orchestrating important transitions.
