Greetings!

We are doing research on the Latin American legislation on use and management
of wildlife, with emphasis on the rights of native peoples in comparison to
interest groups such as private entrepreneurs, sport hunters, and the regio-
nal or national governments.

We need current laws, decrees, and regulations from any Latin American
country that deal with wildlife and its use. Where can we find that kind
of information? The Latin American Collection here in the U. of Florida
is terribly short of those issues. Does anybody have copies of laws? We'll
be happy to pay for photocopying and mailing expenses. Is there a specia-
lized library somewhere within the reach of Bitnet or Internet?

We have almost nothing to work with! Please, help us!
