There is an on-line database of Latin American/Hispanic American Law at
the Library of Congress. Call the Hispanic Division of the Library of
Congress in D.C. for info on access.

2nd answer. Either the University of Arizona or the University of New
Mexico has a large database of articles on Latin America. The
University of Miami has the Info-South database. Both of these will be
useful to you.
