There's also the Choctaw Indian Fair in Mississippi,
which is usually the first Wednesday after the fourth
of july.
There's a large indoor festival called Kituwah that
happens in Asheville, NC, in late September. Last
year it was 9/24-27, but I'm not sure when it will
be this year.
You might also contact the tribes themselves; Most
of the Southeastern tribes are included in the Reference
Guide to American Indians (I'm not sure if that title's
write or who it's edited by, but most libraries will
have it in their reference section).
