Hello Heidi - Sounds like a wonderful project. I don't think there is much
on-line that you can get (let me know if I am wrong). For the
environmental laws, you could try contacting the following organizations
which keep files on them. I've given the e-mail addresses where I have
them, but you should not rely on them. I would telephone the people first
and tell them to read their electronic mail (several subscribers to EcoNet
and other APC networks only look at their mail occasionally).
